If the signature service is requested , there will be a $8.95 shipping cost ($29.89 for international orders ) for reshipment if the package is returned back to sender.

If the signature request is waived or you have signature exemption agreement with FedEx, DHL or TNT, ATOZWIG will no longer be responsible for any lost or damage of the package.
